After installing a pool net and not receiving payment in time, they removed the net from the premises. On receipt of money due they said they would install again. They were paid and unfortunately were not able to install same day. After speaking to Kerry, she organised the manager to deliver net, and we will fit net ourselves. There was no need on their part to do this, and we appreciate them going this step further.
