I bought a special on groupon for a brazilian blow dry with a cut, which I had done in March. When I arrived at the salon they didn't have my name on the list even though I had booked and spoke to the only gentleman there. They then did my hair, by which the same guy cut and did my hair. I called about 4 days later to complain that I wasn't happy with the outcome as my hair was worst off then before I went there. I was told by the lady who answered that she would get the guy to contact me back, however I never heard from him again. I unfortunately am a busy person and have no time to follow up with such things, however I have noticed that there are more specials on groupon with the same supplier and called again to complain about what had happened and no one ever calling me back. I was told that they would get someone else to contact me as the guy no longer works there, but to date I still have not heard from anyone. This is truely the worst service I have received. I am terribly unhappy and will definately not be referring anyone or ever going back there. This was a waste of R500 and I hope that in future you will employ staff that know what they're doing. Teach them customer care
