Payment not reflecting

I paid R413.75 into my Avon account 06/05/2013.
But it is not reflecting on my account
So far this is all I have heard from credit control Wed 08/05/2013 10:28 "Kindly note that we are tracing payment to allocate to your account "
I have sent proof of payment 6 times. They have it noted on their system (I called) but they have not credited it to my account yet.
