I purchased a groupon voucher to be redeemed at Hair@Emporium for a brazillian blow wave. I made an appointment for 12 August 2013 at 12:00.
The next morning when I woke up, I already had my doubts, because I had to straighten my hair with a straightener before I could leave my house. Ever since I had to straighten my hair and that 's not what I expected my hair should be like after the brazillian, this is now more effort. I phoned the salon on 20/08 at 16:39 and Chantel one of the hairstylists picked up and I explained my disappointment/concerns, she said the owner would phone me back as (Sue) the one that did my hair was no longer with them (well isn't that a suprise). The owner (Eleen?) phoned me back and told me that I must remember that a brazillian doesn't guarantee that your hair will be straight and actually in her owns words tells me that "the other salons the people and they talk ". I wasn't happy with her answer and phoned two other salons and it seems that Hair@Emporium is at fault. ON 21/08 I phoned again and the owner told me that she was tired now of my "sense of humour" she was very rude and swore. Humiliating me. A refund would seem fair to me.
