Value assisted us in hiring a vehicle for our move. Bonnie from the call centre was so efficient and bent over backwards to assist us on very short notice. Puleng from the Isando branch came into work especially on Saturday morning to enable us to collect the vehicle and did so with a smile.

I do not think that this job was a particularly important one from Value's perpsective (as it was small in comparison to their core business) and yet we were treated like one of their top customers. Thank you Value- you are an asset to your industry and to the customer service community at large.
