Rude rip off artists

I placed an order for a Landy sticker and cubby over on March 26th with a guy called Benson from One Life Live it. I paid the deposit and Benson assured me it will be ready in a week's time. A week later, I had to give him a call to find out what's going on, no "it will be ready next Tuesday" (2 weeks later now). Tuesday comes and goes, I get no phone call from Benson. Weeks pass, I call him again, he said it will be ready on 1 May, when I call no answer, 2 May no answer. 3 May he answers an email I sent, saying it will be ready for collection on Saturday 4 May in Germiston at Armand's workshop. I call Armand to establish a time to come through. After the call he sends an sms saying "change of plans, we can arrange in the week to collect." That was it, we knew we're being. My boyfriend called asking what's going on and Armand hung up on him with a " you". What kind of unprofessional people are these? Dodgy, rude, they have no communication skills and provide terrible service. Don't trust these guys with anything. They will rip you off.
