Avanti / Avante, definately won't see us again

We booked for a family camping weekend (3 - 5 May), was told that the rates were R190 per night for a stand for 4 people. We sent my son to pay on the Saturday (owner wasn't there when we checked in on Friday), he had to pay R800 for the weekend. The price had gone up to R200, and because we camped with 2 tents (on a single stand) had to pay R200 per tent per night. Although if you camp with a Caravan and an extra tent it is still only R200 per night. We also had to pay R90 for an extra car per day. When my husband went to query this and asked for a pricelist, he was told by the owner that the place belonged to him and he could do what ever he wanted and that he didn't have a pricelist. We also weren't given a receipt for moneys paid. In addition on the Saturday night our 2 campsites were robbed while we slept, 2 bags with clothes, vanity case with al it's contents, 2 cellphonse, sneakers, jacket taken. All these items were in our tents. Owners response this has never happend before. He didn't even bother to come to the campsites to see where it happened nothing, no apology and no interest.
