CANNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE THERE IS NONE!!!

Have had an ongoing battle for payment. I send emails, dont get response. When I phoned the people who could assist are not in 4 people? How can this company operate? I do not have a day's problem with International SOS and their payments!!! Please help.
