Indifferent critical service

In todays time where going 'green' is critical to everyone doing their part, I have endeavoured to collect from my own household, over 15 full refuse bags worth of accepted plastic waste.
I scanned the yellow pages for a suitable service provider. I came across the advert for Jurniq. They clearly stated that if contact is made they will collect said waste.
I made contact and when I questioned what they do with the waste plastic, I was informed that they process that into clothing. Well, I thought they would get a good return on collecting the waste plastic. We agreed that they would come the following day to collect at 08h00.
Before 08h00 the following day I prepared all the bags for collection. 08h00 came and went with me waiting outside for their collection truck. During the course of the morning I contacted their contact person to inform him that his truck had not arrived. He said that it was his driver.
By 14h30 I contacted Jurie who then said it was his fault and he will come collect personally.By 16h30 they had still not arrived. I contacted all their contact numbers but now nobody is responding to my calls. I took off work to complete this.
