I placed an Order on 16 March 2013, I have not received the order till date. The most annoying part is, Avon can't even give you answers as to what the delay is. I called Three times and every agent had its own tale to tell. One was completely honest and said he will log a query because he does not know where the order is, the other two, beat around the bush, put me on hold for 7minutes plus and hung on me. Called the fast n Furious, they told me they have not relieved any orders from Avon... now tell me, How do you think clients will pay on time? and How will they trust me again as the Rep? please resolve this...

Part Two, It have not been a month, customers are already complaining, about their bags. I have seen the bags and the bags are pealing like peanuts. I mean like really now Avon? what happened to Quality? R300 for a pealing bag? you have let me and my clients down.

conclusion, I WANT MY ORDERS, BY ENDING OF THIS WEEK. And please make a plan on how you are going to compensate for the low quality bags you are selling and sold to my clients
