Im fed up

I made orders from avon, they were delivered @ the workshop
They only gave me one box and i was under the impression that all orders were on the same box
When i called Avon i was told 2 box was delivered @ the same time @ the worshop
When i went back to the workshop they said the box was sent back to the courier co
By the name of Fast and Fusrious, i called them they checked and i told the box was not
With them... ref for fast and furious ref no is 18971159 and my avon acc no is 5774112
and im really fed up cose i have to call everyday with no joy and these were dec gifts my customers orders
if they give me the other box now what am i going to do with it
