I never even got past your recorded message system

I was told that the TV license is in arrears - which is unlikely. Then all I got was a SMS WHICH IS RUDE! Then I called your board, held on for 5 minutes, was referred to another number, where you ridiculous telephone machine gets me to do all your work for you. then it has the cheek to say I entered an incorrect number while i was still filling it in. I refuse to deal with any of that. Sadly the days of people actually getting on the telephone and speaking to other people have gone. Well maybe this complaint will get an real person to call me.
