Emotional Destroyers

I have had a SHEET Street account which I am paying off after a divorce which left me in a bad way financially. As a single woman and mother I make every effort to pay on time. I bank with Nedbank, so although I can do an EFT on the 27th March (for example) it only reflects in their account on the 1st April. I am then ONCE AGAIN listed as a late payer! I get phonecalls on Sunday nights, on my work phone, on my personal cellphone, on my work cellphone threatening to hand me over, I get 2 phonecalls a week despite me paying! I have never dodged these guys, they have all my contact details and yet they still treat me like a criminal. They harass me with constant phonecalls, threats, sms's to the point where I just want to burst into tears and give up. I am bipolar, I try keep it under control, but this sort of thing just breaks me down, destroys me mentally and emotionally. Surely there is some kind of law against this sort of harassment? I can understand a reminder phonecall once a month, but sms's, threats, emails, phonecalls on all of my contact numbers??? every week and more than once? And then putting me down as a late payer because the EFT reflects a few days later?
