Virgin Mobile has consistently failed to provide me with accurate billing statements since May, which statements I am billed for every month. In addition, their records consistently show that I have been making calls to myself from May till present. I started logging my calls this month and discovered that I am still being charged for phonecalls made to my own number. This has been going on consistently from May and all efforts to get this resolved through their call centre have proved fruitless. I have never activated call divert or roaming services. I need accurate statements that I can use to claim for work related phonecalls from my employer and I cannot even do that at the moment as the latest usage report is not on any official document. I have been on the phone with Virgin mobile for three months now and hey are not even making an effort to rectify this, despite it being a constant issue. They deducted costs for the bogus phonecalls reflected in May and the next statement still shows phonecalls made to my number. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from any service provider in my life and I would strongly discourage anyone from signing up with them. Tired
