Wrongly put on credit bureau fo

They have handed me to credit bureau for spectacles I never even collected from the supplier, the spectacles are still in possession of the supplier and I refused to collect and pay for them because they couldn't deliver them during the time we agreed upon, but they want me to pay for them anyway.
