WRONGFUL REPORT TO CREDIT BUREAU

I'd like to file in a complaint about medihelp. I cancelled my medical last year with immediate effect. I followed it up a number of times and the cancelation was not done as requested. Later it was told that I was in arrears, I made arrangments with Melinda Van Niekerk to pay the total amount by end of January this year. I was reported to the credit bureau before the agreed payment date. When I contacted Melinda I was told that the report has been removed. The amount is paid in full and the report has since not been removed. I now have a poor credit rating that I feel is wrongly done.
