Harrassment by MBD call centre

I recently handed over my debts to an independent company and filed for Alternative Dispute Resolution assistance with them. This means that I am committed to honoring my financial obligations but within a new payment plan that I can afford. I have sent this documentation to MBD countless times, yet they still continue to harass me, send threatening sms's etc and each time I speak to them, they claim they have not received any documentation. I am hugely frustrated as they have also begun calling my work place and threatening the secretary! I find their tactics dirty and unethical - especially when I have actually taken responsibility for my debts and not run away from them.
