WHY MUST I DO YOUR WORK FOR YOU???

I have been CONSTANTLY harassed for proof that my ABSA Credit Card has been paid off even though i have given your call centre my attorneys details.. They claim they don't have out going lines to call them themselves.. Well please tell me how the DID YOU CALL ME if there is no outgoing line? Why should i do your work for you? If you want to buy over credit books then do your own dirty work and STOP CALLING ME FFS!!! Call my attorney who will gladly give you what you are looking for. And when they have they will send you the bill for having to look up old payment documentation.
