BAD BAD BAD ATTITUDE!!!

I called them because I received a letter from them say that there was pending legal action about to happen to a previous tenant of the house that I rent. I was informed by Immanuel that I MUST phone Wesbank and tell them that this person/company does not reside at this address as in his words - we do not act on behalf of Wesbank!!! The opening sentence on their letter head is and I quote: "We act on behalf of Wesbank"!!! I then argued with him and said that this was the opening sentence and that it was a Munnik Basson Dagama Inc letterhead!! When I said that I how would I get hold of the relevant persons at WESBANK I was told to google Wesbank and get thier number that way - again I pointed out that I was only doing a service as I donot have any details about the client and I asked to be put through to a senior peron and again I was told to phone another number!! and that he would not be putting me through. I informed him that I was calling from Cape Town to their Johannesburg number!! Why should I incur these costs when it is MBD Attoneys client! I lost my cool at this stage and told Immanuel to go to and pout the phone down!! WHAT AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!
