Daunting emails and SMSs

Good day,

I keep on receiving calls, letters, emails and SMSs for Cell c account that was opened. I explained this to their call centre agents and via written communication, an affidavit was sent to them more than once as a proof that I lost my personal belongings early 2005. I was punished by being listed on ITC for the same account, what more do they want from me. I even received two accounts via email for people that I do not know. I spoke to more than one manager about this as it seems as if they do not have a recording system for previous calls. I really do not understand as what is it they want from. Please let me know if there is any legal route to follow as they are really irritating me.
