Zero Compliance with Debt Review Process

While under debt review, ABSA has repeatedly contacted me to solicit payment for two accounts included in the debt review process, despite being told that there is a debt review process underway. They have now resorted to sending me threatening legal letters, despite being paid under a debt agreement.
