Good Day

Im so dissapointed that i have been dealing with JM Attorneys for the past i think 2 years for the same thing, when my account was handed over i was owing something like R1200 i paid something like R1005 but apparantly i still owe R1100 i asked them how can R300 earn interest of R900. I want to know the interest rate they are using to calculate the interest and the law says you cant charge compound interest and the charges of the lawyers cannot be more than the initial debt, which clearly is in this case. I find the people work at the call center have not been trained to deal with irate customers, they have no telephone attiquette whatsover. They want to tell me and they never want to listen to what i want to say, im so angry it is not funny please assist urgently The account in question is Mobile U
