Additional interest added to account

Good Day
I would like to advise that the debt collector Basson & Da Gama add interest more than the initial debt to clients accounts, it therefore results in huge capital that the client must cough up, I called over 5 times to let them know that i am not willing to pay any further as i cant manage, and they did not about it, they just keep on calling the clients and adding more and more interest to the outstanding accounts such as Edgars, R8000 interest is being added to and Edgars account that was R6000 outstanding, that is really rediculous,
it's been 8 weeks and I did not received a call or any feedback from the person in charge, this is unacceptable..Thank you
