Sour property deal

In 2005 my wife and I who have 10 children decided to sell a portion of our property as we were experiencing financial difficulties and we also wanted to be bond free so that we would be able to have finance to send our children to university.

A sales contract was entered into using lawyers of the buyer (A developer)

Over the past 8 years we have been through because the legal system seems to protect the bully while the innocent, trusting and vulnerable get squashed.

We were promised payment within 8 months, when this didn't happen Tuckers gave letters of undertaking to our creditors knowing full well payment would not be made. After the 3 mths Absa gave notice of foreclosure. Absa was contacted about the letter of undertaking & informed us that Tuckers advised the sale had fallen through. Furious we contacted Tony of Tuckers who asked us to come in and told us that he would make sure the buyer would pay the arrears and the sale was secure!

Glenda Faye another estate agent had an offer for the remaining part of our property & we told her she needed to talk to Tuckers. She was told that we were in financial crisis.
