Paid up yet the amount

So I've paid my accounts but guess what, I owe R20 here and R50 there, after MBD sent the smses with the amount they still say I paid short,
I'm tired of you people. Get your acts together and please no I'm taking this to the Ombudman because I can't deal with ignorant people.
And please again and say you called me to resolve this
