I was under debt review with Lifeline Debt Solutions but after getting a better job I was financially able to pay off all my debt. I sent an email to LDS informing them that I had cleared my debt and that I'd like to cancel my contract with them.

However now 6 years later and I cannot even apply for a loan as I still reflect under debt review. My bank advised me to contact Lifeline and have them rectify this.

I have tried contacting Lifeline many times, have sent emails and still NO ONE has actually responded or provided me with feedback. LDS is quick to assist when you're in a problem however the minute you're on their system you struggle to get out.
