Debt Collection-Non existing Debt

Good Day, I was once a Financial Advisor at Sanlam and my clients apparently stopped paying their premiums and am now liable for the clients outstanding premiums. In the first place Sanlam has never let us sign any contract stipulating these Terms and Conditions when we entered into the employment, this was NEVER explained to the new recruits. And they decide to get this Diane Karen to do the debt collection on their behalf... big mistake! Diane Karen is a very, very rude woman who has no heart, no feeling and not willing to listen to anyone. All I have been requesting is to be provided with the breakdown of costs that they claim I owe them and this has not happened. All she's good at is listing my name on Credit Bureau and keeps on threatening me using lawyers to send me letters demanding money and promising to attach my property etc. I want to get to the bottom of this and want both Diane Karam and Sanlam to have this ongoing case staged in court so I can showcase my side of the story which I feel it is only fair. I want them to give me breakdown of fees and debt they claim I owe them and must explain every cent and how they got to this ridiculous amount they claim I owe them. Where can I get urgent assistance? Where else can I escalate this case to? This has to stop, Diane Karam has to find other ways and means of milking money and stop harassing and embarrassing people who are naive and innocent. She needs to provide proper documentation to back up her claims... in black and white!!! Thank you
