MTN Account Outstanding? but I cancelled

I have an MTN Account that I Cancelled and gave enough notice and MTN acknowlegded the same cancellation by their retentions departmnet.
But I got handed over??? every month I explain and speak to SSDA call centre consultant but still they send me sms, e-mails and phone calls.
I even sent proof on numerous occastions and not a single member has acknowledged my e-mails and the proof from the MTN Retentions department.
I had enough.
