Fair resolution of complaint re delay in property transfer

After Mrs Nam-ford attention was brought to my unpleasant experiences at the hands of a member of her staff, she called me and thereafter arranged a face-to face meeting with me to offer her apologies regarding the debacle. She frankly and honestly explained to me exactly what was causing the delay in the transfer of my property, which was not Nam-ford Attorney's fault but that of the developer due to delays in completing the property and submitting all the necessary documents to effect transfer. I was very appreciative of her honesty. Thereafter, she acted in the best interest of both the developer and me as the purchaser, by amending the offer to purchase such that everyone was fairly treated.
