Pathetic service

I asked them to assist me with a claim that ABSA bank rejected two months ago.when you call lipco they don't even know who they speaking to, sometimes even giving you feedback on someone else matter. It is now two months later and I'm still in the same position as when I called lipco for assistance. Their service is pathetic at best, I will never advise anyone to join them, they are incompetent.
