Putting phone down im my ea

I was speaking to a Lady at this company. She did not hear my side and in the end I said its fine take the money i must pay CellC (wich I helo Peter as well bacause I already paide it) just to keep my record clean. She did not asked how much they must take monthly just went on, when I said hold on I want to pay x amount she changed it. then she wanted other information of mine, why? You got all of this already SOMewhere. she putted the phone down in my ear...
So now Im wondering, is the debit order gona go off 01/10/2013 and if so for how much? or when? she putted the phone down before we confirmed everything.
