DEBIT ORDER FAILURE

I HAVE A PHONE CONTRACT WITH AG CELLULAR AND NORMALLY I PAY VIA DEBIT ORDER AND HAS BEEN GOING RIGHT. I HAVE CHANGED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I HAVE SENT A NOTICE OF CHANGE TO THEM, THEY CONFIRMED TO HAVE RECEIVED THE NEW ACCOUNT, AND THEY HAVE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITH THE NORMAL MONTHLY INSTALLMENT. BUT AFTER THEN, THE DEBIT ORDERS CEASED, I REPORTED THIS AND THEY SAID IT WILL BE RESOLVED, TILL TODAY. BUT IT IS SURPRISING TO RECEIVE DEMANDING CALLS FROM AG ATTORNEYS DEMANDING THE FULL CONTRACT AMOUNT. I TOLD THEM THIS STORY OF DEBIT ORDER, I ASKED WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN I AM BILLED THE FULL CONTRACT AMOUNT AND ASKED HOW AM I GOING TO PAY THIS AMOUNT WHEREAS I HAVE A MONTHLY CONTRACT INSTALMENT OF R230.00

PLEASE ASSIST, I AM BEING PRESSURIZED UNNECESSARY HERE.
