I phone their call centre 011 317 4311 requesting settlement letters on my account, i was told that i have to wait for 3 days and the settlement amount is only valid for 1 day. The guy assisting me was so rude and he dropped the phone.
I called the second time spoke to a nice lady and told me that i will receive them before the end of business the same day Monday 06/05/2013 if not i must call the next morning to follow up. I didn't receive anything and i callled the next morning i was told that i must call the following day after 12h00 and i was put on hold for more then 10 mins when she was getting her manager.
I was also told that the contract i took out in 2007 for 24 month is still active and will not get a settlement letter on it and if i still insist i need one it will take a long time to get it and there was no specific time frame.
It is kind of strange that the whole company can only have 1 person doing the settlement letters as i was told and depending on how busy they are will only determine how long i will get my settlement letter.
Why are settlement amounts valid for 1 day if you have to wait for them for 3 days?
