Incompetent Newton Attorneys

I bought a house in November 2011, and the transferring attorney handling the transfer is Amelia Swanepoel from Newton Attorneys in Pretoria. Everything that the seller, the buyer (myself) and the Bond Attorneys needed to do was always done on time, but when it came to Newtons to do their part, there were always delays. For over 7 months every time I would request an update, Amelia would say "We are still waiting for this and that".
Since 2011 till now the house is still not registered in my name.

Their service is poor and they do not give feedback unless the client requests for it. All Amelia has been doing since she took on this bond transfer is "Wait for this and that"

Incompetent!
