Still Debit My Salary but loan paid up

I had a loan which I've paid off sometime in 2012/2013. I cannot get hold of De Beer and De Klerk Attorneys so that they can stop the garnish order on my payslip. I am still paying for a loan which is paid up already. The loan was fromOneCore now called Bridge Loans is paid in full. I've paid that account through a garnishee order. Kindly assist me to get hold of the Debeers & De Klerk Attorneys and bridge loans so that they can stop the garnish order.
