These people don't even have a website where you can get their contact details or place enquiries and complaints, they don't even answer your enquiries over the phone, they want them to be sent to them via email or fax, simple things like your balance enquiry. They don't even send you any feedback in terms of how much you ow and how much has been paid back. I've been waiting for a week just to get my balance and still no response.
