IRRITATING SMS SERVICE

I'm am seriously appalled by your service.

The last time I spoke to a consultant they said I should pay R100.00 and then my normal installment will start being deducted.

I paid R200.00 in the past week and have been harassed by your sms service.

Why is it that I receive the same text almost 4 times everyday.

I tried calling just before 13H00 today and I was told to call back later for no particular reason, such bad service, I wanted to make an arrangement due to the irritating sms i keep receiving that MBDCS will debit my account on the 13th December 2013? Who said I get paid on that date? You are debiting my account at who's permission? When I have a normal debit date.

You still keep debiting my account every second day and I have increasing bank charges thanks to MBDCS.
Note that the money I am paying bank fees with is money I could be paying towards my account. I am not going to say the same thing 150 times to each different consultant because I am sick and tired of your nonsense
