Worse service ever!!!

How am i suppose to d eal with this i dont know...
i hate the fact that they are always still debiting my wife account even a fter i specifically told them to debit my knew account . on top of that they are debiting the wrong date, they debioted my account and took 3 installment without my permission on a wrong date .and at the same time still went to my wife bank... i need 1life to reverse money back into my acc . and pay me for my wifes bank charges. as i specified that they must debit on the 30th and gave them the correct date and was never informed that they will debit 3 times . very f rastrated and dissapointed.
