Too much money paid over to them not refunded yet

We have been on debt review for approximately three years. In July 2013 we found out that about R1500 too much has been paid over to both American Swiss and Foschini. I submitted everything that they have required in July. They said it can take up to three months to be re-emburced When I contacted them in October, they said that they have not received my documentation!? I submitted everything again.

When I checked this week, both accounts shows a zero balance, and once again they asked for the details. I forwarded it to them again. As we are on debt review you would understand that R3000.00 is a lot of money for us with which other accounts can be settled.

We are concerned about the fact that both these accounts show a zero balance, but we have not received any money back. What happened to the money?
