I recently started receiving sms's from this company regarding outstanding payments on a Direct Axis Loan that was settled YEARS ago. I have sent them all the required information, but they keep on sending me sms en emails and NEVER answer the phone when you try to contact them. A very clever way for them to sms you again and then charge you for it.
Take note: 1. My loan was repaid 2. Check and reply to my emails 3. I will be reporting you to the NCR 4. I will not be paying for the sms's and emails you have been sending.
