I have sent them e mails but they dont reply

I have been paying this account for years but I have asked them for time that I can make it app to them as I have been an employed for 2 and half years as I can not get find a job it is going very bad I have sent them e mails but they don't respond to them at all please but they can send sms everday yes that they can do .please will they give me time and check your emails
