REAL PEOPLE OR DMC HARASSING CONSUMERS

Since Yesterday, a call centre agent of Real People/DMC start harassing me about Prescription Debt that was already paid-up. The call centre agent gave me an e-mail address to sent him all my paid-up letters for the accounts that they said I still owes money for.
I sent the PAID-UP LETTERS to the e-mail address [Email Removed] but today I received a cellphone message which read: "Good day MR JA CLOETE, WE ARE WAITING FOR YOUR FAXED PROOF OF PAYMENT. Thank you Real People. Queries? 086 100 5564 FAX 0867722001, 2139807."

I really want to know when will this harassment stop or must I get a COURT ORDER to STOP it?
Me as a Consumer and Citizen has a right to be free to answer my phone where and when I want to and not to be harassed. I hope the GOVERNMENT will declared this companies who bought the BAD CREDIT books other companies and harass the public, as CRIMINAL.
