HARRASMENT

I am constantly contacted by MBD at my workplace and threatened with legal action and listing on credit buro's
although loan and fees was paid in full in August 2013
I received a full statement with all their costs (after months of begging them) as well as a summary of all my payments and compared that with all the threatening letters received via post, and on that it is clear that there is no balance outstanding.

I sent numerous letters to MS Khoabane and cc to [Email Removed] since August 2013, asking for a settlement letter, but instead I get NO reply and only a continuation of the harrassment due to "money outstanding"

I even emailed her that I plan to send this to the Credit Ombud, but no reply.

They phone you at work, at home, also on unlisted cell numbers (that they can only get from a service provider), send sms, send emails, etc
