Yo dont scream at a cleint

I received a phone call stating that i need to pay an outstanding amount to them. I asked what the amount is as they had stopped my debit order from their side so i thought it is paid up as i bought a tv and the slaes consultant phoned to find out what the outstanding amount is. i paid the amount in cash. Now she is stating that i still owe R370, when asked what that amount is for she starts screaming an being rude because " you just have to pay" that's not on i am willing to pay if i know what i am paying for.
