False information

When applying for law 4 u I asked the person (could not remember his name) I am engaged and soon to be married I read you can help me with my contract he said yes I need to be on the R80 option for a month, and a month before my wedding I should give them a call so they can help me with my contact. I did exactly what was told to me only to find out from that person it took 6 months, I think her name is Beatrix. Where I knew it didn't, she said yes they could help you but it takes 6 months and you will not be able to get married, very unprofessional and rude, after consulting with someone I phoned again and the next person said no... it takes 1 month BUT we will not be able to help you because you got engaged before you joint the law 4 u. That I do understand, what I don't understand is why the first person did not explain that to me. Even when I asked my contract they didn't send it to me and said they could not mail it to me. I want my service cancelled and all my payments reversed. because even with the "discount" the try to arrange it still cost me an arm and a leg and I had to do it ells where. The person who sold the policy should have explained the procedure! this is against
