I will be suing!

On 14 October 2013 i was called by your people from MBDCS regarding the arrears on my credit card and after telling them what i've been telling FNB card collections department for the past couple of months that i'm unemployed due to permanent disability including the fact that i'm in dispute with FNB claims department regarding the declinement of my disability claim the woman was satisfied with the answers i gave her.

on 18 October 2013 i was called once again by these people this time speaking to a different woman and with out giving me proper chance to speak she said that i was indecent for not paying my credit card and that my account will now be handed over to the lawyers and ended the call.

how am i supposed to pay my credit card if i have no money? if you think you the credit card is the only account that i can't pay think again. I'm behind on the following accounts FNB cheque account Capitec loan account two MTN cellphone contracts and i still owe money to one of my family members. i dont even have money to buy myself a loose cigarette!!!

do take note that i will be speaking to a lawyer were i will be seeking to sue MBDCS for deformation and harassment
