But since you continue to threaten and harass with spurious claims and extortionate charges, and considering the number of complaints against you, just on hellopeter alone, it's time you were brought down a peg or two. So I'm happy to take you on.

I insist therefore that you provide me with all the details of how/when the alleged debt arose, including all the supporting documents that I would be entitled to, including a signed copy of contract, detailed statements indicating all charges, debits and credits, and invoices.

Everything must be in writing. No verbal communications will be entertained whatsoever.

Oh, and to be sure any registered article reaches me, be advised that my address changed many years ago. Please confirm via email your fax number for sending my current address details through, including the name of the employee who will be receiving and processing the fax.
