Most pathetic admin ever!!!

The last few months I have been receiving numerous calls from a legal company stating that I Owe the SABC money for my tv license, when I tell them but I sit with a letter from the SABC in front of me stating I owe nothing until 09/2013 how is this possible? No they don't know but I owe money... The calls keep coming and get more, I decided to phone the SABC legal department... On 3 occasions, each time telling them the story, giving them my I'd nr and tv license number... they look it up... no ma'am you owe nothing until 09/2013, I ask them well what should I do about people who keep phoning me? Just ignore is the answer I get! This morning I get another call, so I decided to phone SABC legal department again... bear in mind I've been phoning to sort out their problem a few times now... So this morning suddenly when I give my details the man says to me no ma'am the account for which you receive all the invoices and the license number that I thought is mine is in fact not mine! So just to make this clear, my name is on the letters which state I owe nothing, my post box is on the letter but its not mine! And suddenly now I have a different account nr! And I have to pay again...
