Incompetent staff useless system!!!

Last week Monday 7/10/2013 I phoned Norman Bissett and Associates to get a settlement amount on my Direct Axis account. They gave me an amount which I wrote down. Unfortunately I lost the paper that the amount was on. I got some cash to settle to this account, so I phoned them again on Thursday 10/10/2013 to confirm the amount. I wanted to pay the amount on thursday or friday to get them off my back, but unfortunately I was told that they cannot find me on their system and that I should try the other branch. Which I did, but I got the same response. I was so at these people that I wanted to swear all of the people answering the phone. How is it possible that I can disappear from their system in a timespan of 2 days? These people sends mails and smses telling you how bad your credit record will look if you dont pay, but if you want to pay theres no information. So you people can take your settlement amount and stick it up your noses. Im not paying a dime and I dont give a what my record looks like. And if I decide to pay when I re appear on your system you better come up with a decent discount. Your service and competence is up to.
