Illegal harrassment from Nedbank not acceptable

Nedbank call centre continuously calls me asking for a person who worked for me many years ago. Despite my telling them every time there is no longer such a person here, they still keep calling. This week, I finally warned the caller that I intend to lay a charge for harassment. She was very apologetic and promised me she had made a note in her computer not to call again.
THE VERY NEXT DAY (yesterday), calls again to ask for this person. Once again I explain and warn them that I will no longer tolerate this. She is very apologetic, she swears she has now put a stop to it.
AND TODAY... THEY PHONE AGAIN. I ask for a supervisor so she puts down the phone.
I am well aware that Nedbank are famous for treating their customers like and have experienced plenty of it myself as a (regrettable) Nedbank client, but this is the limit. Clearly, the response of the call centre operator is that they dont care and dont want to listen to the customer. Note how their call centre operators are trained to put down the phone and just harass again tomorrow.
I have tried everything but Nedbank refuse to stop this illegal hounding so off right now to lay a charge against Nedbank for harassing me.
